Absolutely! We offer the capability to print designs using up to nine vibrant colors. Our printing method of choice is rotogravure printing, which involves the use of specialized printing plates. The cost of printing plates varies between $65 and $120 per plate. Additionally, we provide hot stamping (foil printing) and thermoforming services. Do your bags possess freezer-safe properties?

We have observed that some of our customers utilize our bags for frozen products such as popsicles. However, we highly recommend that customers request samples of our bags to ensure compatibility with their specific products. It is advisable to conduct a freezer test by placing the product inside the bag and evaluating the results.

For prolonged freezer storage, it is preferable to opt for bags that incorporate nylon into their material composition. This ensures that the bags can adapt and withstand varying temperatures alongside the contents within. Although we do not offer nylon additive bag stock as a standard product, we frequently provide custom-made bags with nylon additives. What is the process for returning an unwanted product?

If you have made a purchase within the past 60 days and have decided that you no longer wish to keep the product, kenzhong is pleased to accept returns.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  2. Provide us with all the necessary details related to your order, such as the order number, order date, and items purchased.

  3. Clearly state the reason for the return, specifying the cause (e.g., No longer needed, Project expired, Ordered wrong size, etc.).

  4. Our representatives will promptly issue you a Return Authorization number and email you a Return Authorization document to include with your return.

  5. Once we receive the returned items, we will credit the authorized amount back to your credit card or account within two business days.

The shipping of your order today depends on the current time and certain factors.

We have specific cut-off times for online orders. For Tennessee and Nevada, the cut-off time is 2:00 PM based on the respective warehouse time zone for UPS or FedEx Rush orders. For ground orders, processing may take up to 24 hours.

To ensure same-day shipment, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 PM. Please note that our warehouses operate from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
